DirectConnect Reverse Mortgage Counseling Services is an exclusive copyrighted online management system that is owed and operated by OneSource Educational Development Corporation ("OneSource").

The DirectConnect management system was created as a one-stop solution that will unite reverse mortgage lenders, HUD-approved counseling agencies and seniors together in an effort to close loans quicker by satisfying all counseling requirements for HECM loans, Cash Account loans as well as issue completion certificates to seniors and lenders within 24-72 hours.

DirectConnect has approximately 100 HUD-approved HECM counselors spread out across the United States, covering all time zones. All HECM counselors have years of experience in HECM counseling and have now been trained for Cash Account counseling.

In addition, the DirectConnect management system has been reviewed and was revised by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, known as HUD to ensure that the system meets all requirements to the HUD HECM counseling protocol including procedures and policies.
